Changes to trading from 6th August 2020

Due to the new Stage 4 COVID lockdown restrictions for metropolitan Melbourne, St Luke will continue to supply all customers but with some changes in accordance with the updated Victorian guidelines.

Customers are now not allowed entry into our store, but orders can be placed for contactless collection from our premises or can be shipped by Australia Post (note that for bulky items our courier service is available).

Please be aware that for contactless pick-up only the goods pre-ordered and pre-payed for can be collected.
We cannot add extra items to your order at the door.

Customers can receive their orders by the following methods: 

Delivery:
By Australia Post, unless the items are bulky (e.g. stretched canvas) and may need to be delivered by courier service.
All orders by Australia Post are tracked and details can be forwarded to you.
Please note that at this time posted items are taking longer than normally anticipated.
For international customers the length of delivery time has also been extended.
At this moment, posted items to the USA are taking on average approximately 5 weeks.

Contactless Collection:
Please call or email us to arrange your order collection time - all orders must be pre-paid
On the St Luke web-store you can select 'pick-up' at the check-out page and provide details of your preferred collection time.

Our complete range of art materials are available, but we do anticipate limited disruption of supply from some of our wholesale providers over the coming weeks.
