Maya Blue is a historically unique pigment that was first developed over 1200 years ago in the central Americas.
Remarkably stable pigment that is unlike other pigments that are of plant origin. It is capable of being very resistant to chemical damage, is extremely stable and lightfast.
It has been shown to remain bright and vibrant for hundreds of years.

Hand manufactured using a mix on ancient and modern techniques to produce a beautiful naturalistic blue/green turquoise.
The pigment has been produced from a natural indigo source and Australian attapulgite clay.
