Structure Acrylic Graphite Grey 75ml

$15.49

Series 2

The graphite in Graphite Grey acrylic paint is a very common soft carbon that was named by the German Geologist Abraham Gottlob Werner in 1789 from an ancient Greek word that translated to “draw/write”. Graphite is most commonly associated with pencils as it forms the lead.

Matisse has used graphite pigment to create the unique tone of Graphite Grey acrylic paint with a slight bluish, cool quality. It also has a very subtle graphite iridescent finish when dry.

One unique quality of this paint is that it can be used for burnishing.

Matisse Structure Formula is a rich impasto acrylic paint.
The intense, vibrant colours of the Structure Formula paints cover the full
colour spectrum, including several uniquely Australian colours.
Only the finest quality pigments and ingredients are selected for the Matisse range of premium acrylic colours.
All have the highest lightfastness rating of ASTM 1 or 2 and are archival quality.
