GOLDEN Matte Fluids are formulated to a thin consistency, yet contain pigment levels comparable to GOLDEN Heavy Body Acrylics. Dries to an even matte sheen. Ideal for applications similar to gouache or tempera painting. Insoluble when dry. Adequate tooth for use as a ground or gesso, or mix in any ratio with GOLDEN Gesso.

Note: Due to the matting agents in this product, highly recommend stirring thoroughly before use. Excessive shaking generates foam.
